When I look at the share price and the chart,

i see a share price in coma and waiting for guidance or direction (press release indicating if the deal is a go or no go which i believe it will be a go but i simply do not understand the policy of perhaps waiting untill the last day to say so) and i am also very impressed by the loyal shareholder base which you can cleary see in stock chart and price activity (this seems to have a buy and hold shareholder base which indicates the shareholders are in it for long term).....I simply believe that for seasoned management  (which one could assume that this company has) this really should be a no brainer but we simply have to wait and see as this still qualifies as a venture company which in my opinion in some cases can be very fumble prone....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could very easily be wrong this time as well
