Poster WInter Sun   Your reasoning is ludicrous.    If the debt is convertible it may not necessarily turn into equity.  Gro can be mighty confident about its ability to monetize the CORO shares, because GRO proposes to pay zero dollars in cash for the CORO shares.

As to your Suggestion that GRO is better at monetizing the shares than BTC.   As you know, now is not the time nor is their any timely need to monetize the shares  especially because it is common knowledge that the junior market is at extreme low valuations, and the CORO shares have tremendous upside potential if the company has time.  Right now CORO has good breathing room cash wise and Argentina is in play because of the Vale Potash project being in the same province as San Jorge.  There may also be elections approaching in Mendoza that could help San Jorge.
