He could flood the market with his shipload of shares and drop the SP considerably. or maybe a golden parachute clause?

I say drop him to 60 K/year, and he can watch show from some Carribean island.

Bring is a new well regarded CEO that has some drive. Give them a shipload of options at say 1.40, 2.00 and 3.00. Something to strive towards.. No more selling the farm cheaply!
