RE: RE: RE: Will they be paid AGAIN?

Penny , I hate to disappoint you but there are no old stock options when companies merge or are bought out

all the non vested options are paid out in full... of course the companies have to have monies to do that hence that why avf comes in with their surplus of 16 millions from the sales of er (yes tris that is what is left after they paid their 64million debt) that will help pay out all of those nonvested options...the immediate big winners of this deal are the proponent of this deal with their severance pay and their options paid out.....of course since we are like mushroom without the final numbers from chx and avf it is difficult to make informed statement, rather we have to go with gut feeling. when all the fact surfaces we will be in a position to be hindsight sayers...I have always supported the no vote in order to get to an agm and properly vote for a merger with all the information available and a few changes to the arrangements as well as the severance package which i beleive should have been paid in stocks of the new company..
