mo1975, you may be right. I certainly agree that most if not all money paid to anyone should have been done with stock. If only we lived in a perfect world. As far as I know the corporate largess has been poured in plenty on executives in akmost all corporations in an unethical manner. Walltreet and the Banks are notorious for it.

In any case why has Nova Bancorp not once made a peep about any of what you are refering to?

Perhaps because in the scheme of things there is nothing there that is out of the ordinary?
