I have no issues with growing through acquisitions right now. Management should take a long term approach instead of taking a near sited one and trying to squeeze as much profits for a quarter or two just to appease thr stock market. That's how good companies go bad, they fail to think long term and just try and meet quarter to quarter earnings expectatations. With where the stock price is now, it will be incredibly difficult to raise capital anyways so they'll probably have to cool it on acquisitions regardless. I find it incredible that there market cap is less than what their 2012 Revenue figure will be. You just dont see that often, even with a small company that hasnt proven to be able to convert revenue to profits.
