I would expect CHX shares to jump to .60 cents, or more on approval of the merger.

I agree with the down side though.

 

you are kidding right?  The merger has been priced by the market - you are only as good as your weakest links and there are two lame dogs in this one!  Avenex is scaling down to where charger has always languished.

 

You lay with dogs you catch fleas - and end up in the pound..............
