1. Milestone work needs to continue in the lab. If we want more frequent NRs and get the most bang for the buck from them, then the PR launch has to occur with the reasonable expectation that milestone NRs will be more frequent.

2. We have no confirmation yet on chips already handed out. Fairchij has said only that discussions have been ongoing with said companies. In any case I would imagine potential suitors would still want to see the actual lab where the work is being done.
