VRS-Warrants Here is proof that outstanding warrants don't mean all that much to the present share price of a company. I think the same holds true for Verisante. Warrant holders who exercise just get a nice fat capital gain. I suppose it is really our 1st quarter financials that will get this stock price up. IMHO.
Back in 2008 when the world was falling apart, Warren Buffett gave Goldman Sachs a nice injection of capital. For his trouble, the bank gave Berkshire Hathaway warrants to buy 43.5 million Goldman Sachs common shares at $115. They expire in October 1st.
