Very likely whoever received these warrants it's with an agreement to convert to shares asap.

Been looking for a big cross for a couple of weeks...would be great if there is an Analyst to write up ZEN as part of this deal. 

This is a much better way to care of the warrants, and gets another large investor into ZEN.
