Ok I understand your points and share your attitude toward most of the suits running mining firms.....but I do also see real value being created if the results from the drilling on DM land produce more stellar results like the ones on the JV property......that's why I am long now and just one of the reasons why I will remain long....DM stands for Duluth Metals - not Dead Money - those who have confused the two will likely regret having done so....all imho.......
