Counter, if we had the Q4 results, we could answer your question with less doubt. I think that the company is starting to show reasonable profits and net income for 2012 could exceed $10M.  From the financials the tax savings pool was in excess of $250M which would encompass a great portion of the debt and by my calculations the company should be worth a minimum of $2/share which would give any buyer an upside. The only problem is my calculation and reality (market) are totally far apart and in most cases (99%) I'm wrong.
