Ok humor me there if the financials are so good why is TID selling for a dime per share???

Also I was a bit off the balance sheet reads:

Long-term debt 179,553    

so 179.5 million. Or am I mistaken?

 

Its simply my opinion why would a sucessfull company like Canelso take over a dog like TID? Possibly if they got it nothing but clearly TID couldnt make it work in South America
