I agree. It is a small operation and David Forrest is the company.  He's got office staff to take care of the day to day operations so why do you need a couple of directors on your board especially if you're planning on selling the company anyway.  No more per diem payments or stock options.

I bought at the firesale yesterday.. 

Like my previous post said, Forrest has lots of options.. well I guess this was one of them eh?
