RE: RE: RE: Same Definitely think the technical report was done with the Mongolians in mind and that they knew about it. Given the fact that there are hands-on representatives of the GOM on the OTLLC board, I imagine the GOM knows almost everything except the operational details that management has heretofore decided that the board doesn't need (prob. suppliers, cost details, which have become a rubbing point).
Both parties seem to be coming to a consensus on a wait-and-see attitude with respect to the concentrator expansion and similar major upgrade plans. The Mongolians want to see how this will play out more, and RIO/TRQ is going along with that, hence the toned-down estimates and the decision to not build a power station (probable). I think a some extra caution and circumspection is a positive.
