RE: DML Ranked number 9 in a top ten most under va

I fully agree with both of you that nuclear energy is the obvious choice for power moving forward.

However, I spend some of my time observing monkeys. You can take away all of their predators, all potential threats, provide them with generation after generation of living in peace with plenty of food placed at their feet...but if you make a loud noise at night, 20 generations since they were hunted or harmed by predators in Africa, they will all scurry into the corner and behave in a completely irrational and unpredictable manner that completely defies logic. Some of them may never return to the same place in the compound as they were at when the noise occurred.

Unfortunately, we are really not very different from them as a collective whole. I am invested in the uranium sector as well, and I currently have shares of DML, but I wouldn't be surprised if humans as a whole just went ahead and destroyed the planet as well as their lungs on fossil fuels before trusting nuclear power.

Trying to predict how a species of glorified apes will behave is futile, I hope you can meet your retirement goals PurpleLoft...but you aren't placing your faith in the nuclear industry, you are placing your faith in humans acting rationally. I would be thinking a bit harder about diversification if I were you.
