Only one bid, the best bid for HRT and it's investors, was accepted. Unless you are part of HRT's management team Hood, you have no idea/clue what other offers were made and considered. For a person who says he is still invested in this stock, you have a curious atitude. And yes, I am in the E&P industry as a petroleum engineer for he last 35 years. I know some of the players and yes , I have confidence in this team that Wagner has assembled. My glass is half-full with the bottle in reach.
