Actually, it was not a halt at all..... since the halt was issued after market close and trading resumed at open the next day...... That was basically no halt...... and it's just a NR to attract attention to what management is doing......Anyone interested in VTR would have noticed the NR anyway....... and as ALLEN4 pointed out, maybe there is already a deal being negotiated and in the progress of being finalized..... This NR will inform the market that we are about to do something about this....... No one will get a surprise.

Let's hope a deal will be done and VTR will be better equipped to develop Kiaka.
