RE: Just Got My Proxy and Financials...

RE: Just Got My Proxy and Financials...

We have to vote our proxy 1 day prior to the proxy deposit fate of April 12, 2013, so our votes have to be in by April 11, 2013 which is 2 weeks from today.

Don't know whether the report will be filed and accepted by then, but BGM should know that by now whether it will or not.  Not getting an answer from IR in writing, makes me believe they may not.  BGM either has a Draft copy of the report in hand or they don't. It's a simple answer to a simple question and not material at all.

I'm leaning on voting with what was written in the following post, and if enough shareholders do, then the outcome will be decided by the majority of true shareholders who have suffered enough by now, IMO.  atb

IMO, there could be a lawyer present who will nominate two names from the floor. He'll have proxy votes in hand representing about 60-odd million shares and those votes will be voted against the proposal for an eight-man board.

They 60-0dd million votes could be voted for the two nominees from the floor and four other nominees out of the eight on the slate and, because numbers count, whoever they select will be a shoo in.

If it does happen, I doubt if FC, A Rees or M Dhanani will be on the from-the-floor proxy votes, so those two, plus maybe the three new nominees (Elena, from London, is likelly well-known to people in Europe) plus Dave McMillan or Norm Anderson could make up the new BOD.

Then, at the first board meeting, a resignation (or two) and an appointment (or two) and it's a brand new company.

All speculation (and possibly wishful thinking for many shareholders), but possible? One of the great advantages which D &D and M Partners have is the knowledge of which clients still hold the BGM paper and the ability to send e-mails to their clients without having to resort to an expensive outside company such as Laurel Hill.

All speculation of course but, unlike the joint Snowden/Geoex legendary report, there is a fixed timeline for the AGM.
