RE: RE: Just Got My Proxy and Financials...

"Well, 2guys, those financials are for the year ended February 29, 2011, they've been on Sedar since late June of 2012, and you surely read them before you invested in the company, right?"

Ok halcro, you are right again.  I don't know how I missed that one about the old financials, and why in the world would the company waste the money to mail the old year end financials over a year later.

I'm not sure about how BGM can file a report on Sedar this time around if it isn't compliant and hasn't been accepted by the BCSC.  I would think that prior to BGM filing the compliant report on Sedar that they would have to run it by the BCSC and after acceptance of it finally being compliant, then they could file it.

Either way, I don't think shareholders deserve being left in the dark without an update after expectations of one were put out in the prior news release.

I'm not happy with how this has been handled by management, and I surely am not pleased how no one is making money except the Bank of Frank of course.  Things need to change, and I believe that after the AGM they will.

I would like to wait for the report to be filed, but I'm not sure that just a good report is what's needed to right this ship.  JMO
