Why is this stock only at 16 cents?  When in a similar position a few years ago it was 25 to 30.  Granted, there has been some dilution, but that doesn't account for the 50% discount.

IVW should be trading around 20 to 25 cents based on historical valuations.

Maybe when shipments resume the SP will pick up....
