Mr. Donald MacDonald reports
Black Isle Resources Corp. has sold six of 14 mineral claim units encompassing 96 hectares of 224 hectares in Jaffery township, 10 kilometres east of Kenora in Northwest Ontario, for $250,000.
The property was initially acquired on Jan. 18, 2011, as announced in a news release of that date. The company carried out an exploration program on the units in question (claim No. K4256950) in the spring and summer of 2012. The program did not yield any significant results. The company may initiate an exploration program on the remaining claim (K4256949) in 2013 dependent upon market conditions.
The proceeds of $250,000 includes an amount for the claim and royalty compensation for certain aggregate removed from the claim area.
