RE: 479 patent There is no "delay". As soon as ONE has decided whether to appeal or not it will say so. Arriving at that decision involves a lot of deliberation. Not only do they have to consider the advice given to them on the merits but there is the small matter of how the appeal is going to be financed-will B & H continue to share the risk?
If an appeal is launched I fully expect the first news release will confirm this after the Notice has been served and filed, at which time it will be a matter of public record so we will all be able to read the grounds.
Thus we may well have to wait until the appeal period has almost expired, which is fine with me.
By the way blue55, some 5 days after the trial had finished you posted that you had been receiving daily reports from a law student who was present in the courtroom. Am I the only one who finds it odd that you did not share these reports with us at the time? In fact on the contrary you frequently asked if any bb members had access to local sources so that "live" information could be shared.
