Guy2012, my guess is that of those +2000 garimperos, very few if any of them have law degrees. And my guess is also that if they were told that trying to enforce their motion meant spending an awful lot of money on lawyers they would not have been so quick to vote in favour of their silly motion. My guess is they were told that Colossus takes too much of the profit and that they need to give Coomisgasp their fair share. They might as well be waving Obama flags around. The Brazilian government seems to want to maintain the rule of law and this motion will give some lawyers a little bit of money before it gets tossed in the dustbin.

As far as CSI commenting on it how many times do you have to state the rule of law applies. They have said that already and no amount of fear mongering by sillyfacts and others will change that. Issuing these news releases costs money and I see no need to waste money on this.
