NGD.wt.A   has by far the greater potential with very little risk. The wt expires sometime in 2017 so time is definitely on your side.  Plus NGD is way undervalued.   I own both NGD and NGD.wt  but I favour the warrant many times over the stock and I have not seen a better warrant at this price and value.
