Guidance Please

Our family is heading for Cuba on Monday. No wireless internet in the hotel. I have a laptop and a Z10.

Can I arrange internet service with either piece of hardware....not to text or email but to access this website and my online brokerage? Internet stick/hub? Any particular carrier?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
