All of that is in the past and it is not one bit relevant now.  Things change blue gold companies share prices have been cut in half if not by 75%.  The deal that they had with TGZ over a year ago was rumored to be for roughly $1.50 per share and it is also rumored that it did not fly because Bendon wanted cash because the elections spooked them.  Question blue. So how much is TGZ worth with a mill and almost 3 million ounces of m&i and how much will they get in a buyout since OLE's ounces will be processed in their mill because no one with 1/10th of a brain will spend $500 million on a mill when there is already one there? TGZ is what will attract any potential buyer to OLE. OLE would be at .30 in this environment if TGZ was not their neighbor because they would be looking at having to raise $500 million plus to build a mill.  There are hundreds of companies with large deposits that are trading for pennys on the dollar because there is no way they can get financing for a mill. What is it that you do not understand?
