I think the issue here is do they have enough capital to handle the web traffic immediately without downtime and successfully implement their profit model. I do have my doubts the amount of cash recieved is chicken feed for the inital capital requirement here.
If you are unable to fulfill the normal thing will happen here as with a large percentage of startups\. The stock tanks and will become the typical dilution sink money pit for an investor.
