green24 Questions

green24 Questions

Excellent post green24 - I have a couple questions for you...

1) How well do you know this company and management?

2) Do you think mgmt would accept an offer to submit to shareholders at a 70% premium to the current share price of $0.70 cents? That would put the sp in the $1.20 region...a tremendous gap from its previous peaks at $6

3) Can you please explain to me what exactly they need to raise money for? What is M&I material?

4) What has been the catalyst(s) that have caused the sp to drop from $5+ to $0.70cents or has it just been the "carnage" sentiment that all metals shares have endured the past 2+ years?

Sincerely appreciate it and am looking forward to yuor response!
