RE: RE: 2013 Cash Flow of $2M

I have seen enough reverse splits or consolidations to not get too excited about this one either way. The institutions will only buy SND when it is big enough that they can buy in large quantities and the float still be big enough to allow them to exit. A consolidation does not theoretically change the market cap. If they time it right with a steady good news flow it creates extra attention and drives the share price up. If you just have a consolidation and no news or bad news the price drifts down.

They have had a brutal track record on their loans. Lets hope that luck has changed and we have a stream of good news.

Bob
