RE: RE: The brighter aspect
RE: RE: The brighter aspect altior,
The process is anything BUT de-risked...
If you remember, the hpa plant had add ons to become a sort of mini sga plant in order to also be a proof of concept for sga...in order to de-risk and get partners in...partners like rusal...capex was increased because of the "mini sga" add ons, but so far, it seems there are issues and so the derisking is definitely not a done deal and it has now cost us more money, not only in capex, but in delays to revenues and in likely dilution and in deals being consumated. If you ask me, I think this has increasded the risk, not derisked.
the samples that went out to 25 customers...was it these samples that flagged impurities? did the customers tell orbite about impurities they were finding or were these samples sent out AFTER the impurities were solved? have they been solved? is hpa currently running or is it down to "resolve" the situation? we have not heard this....will the new calcinator resolve the problem or is the new calcinator merely for increased throuhgput? when will the new calcinator arrive? since our deposit contains 52% silica and the process is a chloride process, wasnt it foreseen that impurities could be introduced and that they would be silica issues as we now found it was? i.e. does that mean they thought the process would work despite the high silica content of their clays and that therefore they must re-evluate the process or will a new calcinator simply resolve the issue? it is not clear at all.
