Norra Metals Corp. is a Canada-based precious and base metals exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of resource properties. Its Norwegian assets include the Bleikvassli polymetallic, zinc-copper-lead-silver underground mine project and the Meraker copper-zinc- gold exploration project. It also holds a 100% interest in the Pyramid copper-gold porphyry project located in Northwest British Columbia. The Pyramid Property is located approximately 65 kilometers (kms) north of dease lake in North-west British Columbia. The Company’s Bleikvassli property is composed of last copper-zinc-silver-gold producing mine with across six contiguous exploration licenses totaling 60 square kilometers (sq.km) area in the Hemnes Municipality of the Nordland Fylke Province of Norway. The Meraker property is composed of approximately 21 contiguous mineral licenses totaling 206 sq.km area in the Meraker municipality of Trondelag County, Norway.

Coeur D'Alene Mines Corp. has appointed Joe Phillips as senior vice-president and chief development officer, in which role he will oversee all of Coeur's capital projects, including the new La Preciosa project in Mexico, which is the major asset of Coeur's, pending acquisition of Orko Silver Corp., subject to Orko shareholder approval and other closing conditions. In addition, William Holder has been appointed vice-president of health

Mr. Phillips brings 40 years of experience in mine development and operations. Most recently, Mr. Phillips served as senior vice-president of operations and development and acting chief operating officer at Silver Standard Resources. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips served as senior vice-president of project development at Pan American Silver, where he was a member of the senior leadership team and led the construction and commissioning of four mines over seven years in Mexico, Argentina and Bolivia.

Mr. Phillips is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and has completed graduate studies in engineering management at the University of South Florida. He has served as a director of the chambers of mines of Mexico, Chile and Ghana, Africa.

Mr. Holder will join Coeur in mid-April as vice-president of health and safety after transitioning from his current role as director of health, safety and security for the potash division of the Mosaic Co., where he implemented ISO 18001 standards, a method of assessing and auditing occupational health and safety management systems. In addition to safety management expertise, Mr. Holder's background also includes environmental, operations, maintenance and continuous improvement leadership experience.

Mr. Holder holds a bachelor of science in business management with an emphasis on leadership and human relations from the University of the Southwest in New Mexico.
