The Company's subsidiaries include Pangolin Diamonds Limited, Pangolin Diamonds (Pty) Limited, Geocontracts Botswana (Pty) Limited, and Amulet Diamond (Botswana) Pty Limited.

I don't care what anyone says, news has been leaked. Institutions don't buy this much of a stock after the recent big run it has had.
