Have any of the dissatisfied board members expressed their views in writing or could this be merely hearsay? It wasn’t that long ago that this agreement was forged and with much fanfare on both sides, and it seemed to be beneficial to both parties. That agreement allows FIS management to focus on its most promising property. And that is probably challenge enough for the them, in a period of industry funk and $42.00 uranium prices.
Although pure guesswork on my part, I would think the deal gets done “as is”. If it didn’t it would be worse for FIS because their best chance is the pure play of that single property as far as the share price of the stock is concerned. That’s self evident.
Will there be an exodus of FIS shareholders out of their DML legacy stock? That’s the more complicated part of the question and before making comment I will evaluate other posts.
