In 2008, Slam deferred salary... ...so why do they refuse to defer salary and reduce non-mining overhead, in 2013?
The 2013 downturn for juniors is the worst in 30 years, and many are taking these steps to help preserve value for existing shareholders, but not Slam. Mike told me he refuses to do today what he did in 2008, and would sooner quit. When I called some of the directors several months ago, my calls were not returned.
Even owning millions of shares, as did D&D, makes no difference with Slam's officers and directors. D&D told me last month that they had already sold all of their shares.
Can a company just abandon its existing shareholders, and expect potential investors not to notice?
