RE: RE: emterprise link
RE: RE: emterprise link He sounds like a guy who knows his job is on the line.RR left because hes to old and so is Gene. They are being put out to pasture and hold their 20 % share position knowing that new blood is needed to make these 50 cent shares worth something. Boris was collecting a fat salary and not delivering on Mexico or Russia , part of the old guard that needed to be let go. I suspect we will see Lack and Yurko gone before the next annual shareholder meeting.
Lots of empty promises and too many shares , about 6 million traded at above a dollar. If share price does not climb to a dollar plus by June we will see Maccormack let go too. Two scenarios might unfold here. We heard alot of "expect this and expect that". There is one thing I do EXPECT and thats not NCIB but a private placement like what Enterprise did. Hyduke knows they wont pass the slate of directors at the annual shareholders meeting. The only way it can do this is to dilute to the tune of another 5 million shares. I expect these new Board members with their vulture capital connections will be insistent that they get a whack of cheap shares for their time in sitting on the Board. Hyduke does not pay a lot for Board Members and these guys are only in it for the money. " Money " will mean a substantial dilution at about 60 cents share ( the current price). in fact I am going to say that the shares were railroaded down 30 % the last 3 months for the express purpose of pulling off a dilution at cheap levels so that the new Board members are "happy to get their skin in the game for cheap".RR got his for 40 cents so precedent has been set.
The NR mentioned converting long term debt to working capital? I suspect that was a change in the lease terms for Hyduke on the property it leases from Wirsta. This news isnt out on SEDAR yet but I'm sure it will be in the notes.Gene and Rick never bought any additional shares the last 4 years so they got no right to complain. Boris never did either.
I think all of these actions are too little too late. VPO has been clamoring for years now for these types of changes. I am expecting an ugly shareholder's meeting in June, very loud, vocal and highly divisive. There was alot of emphasis about team. Too bad this pi$$head management "team" with its arrogant CEO never included long suffering shareholders on the team or listened to their gripes.
