Tony - just curious remind me if I'm wrong...isn't the house ahead on your latest purchases? Thought your TGZ/OLE flip was genius. Glad you listened to someone else finally because apparently you bought at the bottom. Egos aside here pal, but we've heard your theories and many are done contributing "thoughts" since we heard it after the 1st round. We get it, it's not a matter of if but when. You're "when" is what a lot of use conservatives disagree with. A lot of us old timers might need a buy out, but lets be Mr. Obvious. Chet isn't going to sell at these levels. He will run it until he gets that fixed price in his head that the property is worth. Repeat, property. Thanks for your input though, pal.
