In my (limited) experiences with IIROC, they play their cards close to the chest - if something is going on, they're not about to let the public know what they're up to.

 

With that said, I just can't see it as a positive for IIROC and Orbite, when the halt gets lifted, to say they found nothing irregular and the company is not sitting on material news. It would send a message that what has transpired is nothing more than simple, normal market activity and return to the status quo.
