I think you are wrong, because there are a lot of people that see the potential, but are just cautious of investing in this industry.  Just look at what happened to MCP.

 

If there is a solid source of funding behind HRE and a great JV partner, you will see investment coming into this company from all over the world.  I wouldnt be surprised if you see a bunch of insider buying happen in addition to some Russian investment.

 

Go back a couple years ago, REE (HRE) went up steady like 15% a day.

 

I'm hoping these days come back, and it is a great possibility based on what management is saying.  What they are showing on the other hand...different story.  As one poster said, "Bush League"
