Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Power plant expansion in Mongolia

legit points neon,

government involvement in the Combined Heat & Power Plant CHP V has so far been a sad joke because of the multiple times the government has tried to start the project, read somewhere because of the government involvement in that project that the footings had been poured 7 times so far!!!  Nothing but babble from politicians trying to get elected while the population chokes on the pollution from the 30-40 year old power plants that are beyond their useful life
