I think this is why they waited till Market Close to release the News. Now everyone has time to read then re-read the release to understand. When I first read it I was totally angry.

 

Now when I read it I too agree this is just a last ditch effort. Stans is held by many institutions and I do not see them selling on this News. I can see the retail investor selling on this News but it will just bounce back up. Plus if you think of some of the people will averages of $1.00 imagine getting a chance to average down at 20 - 25 cents. you are now at a 4-1 or 5-1 ratio. If you have held on this long could be a great time to average down. Some say when Blood is on the streets it is time to buy. Not too sure how much worse this can get but we will see.
