Encouraging

Encouraging

MY 2 cents---CS said a deal would be done, and the technology would work......so far it looks as if he is reliable.

Whether the deal in the end is favorable to stock holders and in what time frame can not be answered until more details are known.

Equity position of less than 50% + wages and benefits(% of future earnings? sales? net?, ??)

So BXI becomes a small development company with a patent, and skills to implement these sorts of deal around the world..  BXI seems to have evolved into a Developer/operator/ownership(BXI) model?   No plants and few employees to worry about.....should be hugely profitable , could be is more apt at this stage?  I am encouraged that the first plant is in the EU, with strict food regulations and enforcement.  I'll bet they did a lot of DD.  The appt of the European guy to the Board makes a lot of sense now, as well as CS et al, investing a lot of their own money in the company.

What does "transformative" , "amplified proprietary protein process", what are the two high value product", in this context mean? Are some of the many questions I have.

And the contact at the new PR firm is TMX Equicom (Kristin) 416-815-0700 ext. 244.  Seems like they are gearing up for rapid growth(I hope).

Regards,

smlmedlge
