As I mentioned yesterday the RSI clearly showed ORT to be massively over sold, presently it is still at a conservatively low 29. While this is well off it's 23 level at yesterday close it is still far from a neutral/normal 40-50 range. Watch for any crazy spikes which could send people for the exits, but right now things look nice and even.
