My main point is this is just Europe. Once proven (never a sure thing), there are still massive markets in Asia and the US. I doubt very much that BXI is giving these markets away in the JV they are negociating now. These markets will remain theirs to develop for themselves, license or through other JVs. The first plant is still critical, and I understand why there will be skeptics.
