Novus has alot of upside.  Let's say they have 500 drill locations.  You buy up the company for 300 million with production of 4750 bpd.  that gives cash flow of 60,48, 38, 30, 25 = 201 million in 5 years and drill out the rest for a payback after 1.5 years and a cashflow of 230, 160, etc million afterwards.  the upside is in the new drilling and it's tremendous.
