Totally egregious that the CEO has received a salary increase of over 62% while destroying the stock value by more than 80% from 2011 to 2012.

Does Peter Cashin lay golden eggs? Why did he receive such a sweet contract? If he is terminated he gets 3 times his salary!!! WHAT WEALTH DID CASHIN CREATE? 

WHAT ARE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DOING AUTHORIZING CASHIN TO EARN SO MUCH FOR DESTROYING SHAREHOLDER VALUE?

What is with the shareholder dilution with all the stock options being awarded?
