RE: More interesting than their asset value...

I have often wondered this myself. With almost 500,000,000 shares outstanding I can not imagine it being more than a penny or two. On the conference call they mentioned in regards to the payments to banks in Iceland for debt on the geothermal plants there. In about 2016 the payments will be reduced significantly and that money could be used for an increase in the dividend. Seems as portions of the debt on many of the operating assets is paid down, with less money going to interest payments, that money will go to dividends in the future.

I have purchased this company because I think of it as a electrical utility, albeit very early stage. I have made my stock purchases with an eye to the future dividend payments.  I want the company at this early stage to keep the money and invest in it's operating projects. I am patient enough to invest now and wait for secure and sustainable dividends in the future.

It seemed to me they are considering a potential dividend payment as almost a stunt. Something to help put a floor under the stock.  Even if they pay out a penny a quarter, it will have a yield of 13.5%, based on todays close of .295
