The Sandstorm Agreement defines their mineral rights as:-

  • gold produced from 1.5km from the centre of the BL mineshaft.
  • gold beyond 1.5km from the centre of the mineshaft, if it is accessed from BL underground drifts.

The SSL agreement has claims on 20% of gold output from the above, but does not have any claim on silver or base metal revenues.
