Novus has to sell now

No doubt that they have to sell the company now given that they are probably out of credit to drill.  They would probably make it into Q3 because they aren't drilling during the spring breakup so no out flows.  I don't see the poison pill thing.  maybe an explaination would help.  Do you think that there will be a hostile bid?  I think that reserves will come in with a minimum 20% growth for proved and 20% for probable which is really good for drilling 50 wells.  they book P+P increase of almost 60% last year so that growth won't be there at that rate.
