Barkerville confuses the hell out of me.

I get real good comments out of IR but the BCSC has not approved us yet.   The days being in at the exchange now count 7 business days without a response.

what does this mean?  Is the bcsc bringing in the CIM and others to review this report as well as their own staff. Could the delay be from needing other agencies to review first ie. OSC|CIM so that the BCSC can say they did their due diligence.    Or are they going back and forth on info which Fraser said they were not but who really knows for sure.

This drama being played out is a lot like a court case and its now up to the jury.  Are we legit and free and clear or are we going to the dog house.   After speaking with Fraser I think we are golden but until the numbers are official we are all just hoping.    I just hope this isn't a hung jury situation where the BcSc cannot make up their bloody mind and drags this out past the AGM.

It should be noted any delays now are all on the bcsc not BGM.   What we do not know is what is going on behind the scenes but lets hope they can sign off quickly.  Like how much more time do they need!
